About this opportunity: We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Manager to lead the team that have responsibility for growing our Workplace business through leading on both our market strategy and our internal and external Take To Market activity.We're looking for someone with relentless focus and passion for our Workplace business, driving positive growth while ensuring good customer and member outcomes across the Workplace Savings Proposition. They will be active internally and externally, ensuring key messages are landed to support market positioning as well as supporting ongoing feedback into the Proposition and Platform teams to ensure continuous development and progression.Our Senior Manager will use data and insight to actively identify opportunity for growth and to ensure the existing proposition maintains market position and parity. What you'll be doing: Passionate advocate for the Workplace Business, driving customer focused growth and who will drive cultural engagement across the Workplace business Leadership and line management of a team of specialists, active member of the Senior and Extended Propositions Leadership teams. Ownership and active management of the Workplace Proposition strategy, engaging with key colleagues across distribution, proposition and platform. Ownership of the Workplace Take To Market (TTM) processes, delivering both internal and external facing TTM messaging to heighten awareness of the Workplace Proposition and reinforce key Scottish Widows messages. Working in tandem with the Proposition Development team, provide insight to help shape roadmap and prioritisation.
