Senior Manager, Strategic Workforce Planning & People Insight

BT Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Workforce Management & People Insight, shaping forecasting, analytics and strategic workforce planning across Networks, Corporate Units and Digital. The role drives data-driven decision making and cost modelling to support transformation and future capability.

You will partner with Finance, Strategy, HR and IT, building capability, governance and scalable models in a hub-and-spoke environment. Hybrid work with office presence required.
