Job Description
What you will do
  • Direct organic strategy and delivery across a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with broader client business objectives

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, handling complex strategic challenges and guiding the long-term roadmap of their campaigns

  • Present organic performance and future-looking strategies to senior stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights

  • Drive the integration of organic media with other marketing channels (PPC, Social, etc.) creating holistic, unified digital marketing campaigns

  • Apply expert-level understanding of search demand trends and different organic platforms to build comprehensive, multi-platform strategies

  • Provide advanced coaching and mentoring to drive high performance and embed a culture of excellence within the team

  • Lead projects that require collaboration across SEO, PR, content, and paid media teams

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the financial impact of organic strategies on client revenue and the agency's bottom line

  • Identify and implement scalable process improvements, from client onboarding to the development of long-term strategic roadmaps

  • Direct significant client-facing projects, such as international roll-outs, site migrations, or complex enterprise-level SEO projects

Requirements
  • You understand where and how audiences discover brands on all major organic platforms and how to activate there

  • Confident communicator and influencer: presenting at senior levels, shaping client agendas, influencing across disciplines

  • Understanding of revenue, margin, forecasting, P&L implications

  • Strong curiosity around tech, data, process improvement, emerging channels or formats

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment: fast-moving, high-expectation, always looking for what's next

  • Experience in leading cross-departmental projects that integrate organic with PPC or Product teams

  • Experience handling enterprise-level international migrations or global roll-outs

  • Ambition to contribute to the agency's thought leadership and industry presence

Salary

Leeds - £46,000 - £55,000
London - £51,000 - £60,000
