It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.As our Senior Manager, Logistics Procurement, E2E Initiatives you will report into the Director Global Logistics, W&D, Utilities within CMO and Logistics Procurement organization. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end strategic procurement initiatives across the global logistics category, including transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, and distribution services. This role will lead/support cross-functional programs to optimize logistics performance and spend, enhance supply chain resilience, support deployment of Global Procurement initiatives and deliver sustainable value across Haleon's global operations. In this role you will be: Responsible for partnering with Logistics Procurement colleagues, QSC Operations/Business Units, Trading Partners, Trade Compliance, Finance, Supply Chain, and other Procurement stakeholders to deliver the required business outcomes. These may include year-on-year efficiency cost savings, step improvements in year-on-year service levels, adaption of the international freight network to meet corporate operational excellence and/or sustainability targets, successful delivery of a portfolio of transformation projects, as well as capability building across logistics procurement team. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Transformation Initiatives Drive/support project execution of large-scale procurement transformation programs across supply chain and logistics networks. Lead/support cross-functional projects that optimize network design, freight consolidation, and logistics operating models. Logistics Procurement CI interface to QSC Operations, 4PL team, etc. for deployment of logistics transformation projects. Supplier Relationship Management Oversee procurement supplier relationship with the nominated 4PL partner, including oversight of commercial governance and escalation forums; budget and contract management; and KPI targets and performance delivery in conjunction with QSC Operations. Build and manage strategic relationships with global logistics providers and 3PL partners, including supplier enabled innovation (SEI) as value creation and capability build lever for Haleon. Establish supplier performance frameworks, KPIs, and continuous improvement programs in conjunction with Category Teams, QSC Operations and 4PL. Ensure suppliers meet service, compliance, and sustainability standards. Business Partnering and Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with global supply chain, planning, manufacturing, and commercial teams to align procurement strategies with business needs, endorse project mandates, support project execution and agree how benefit delivery will be budgeted. Drive communication and engagement strategy with the key enabling functions of OU Logistics (for business and operational priorities), Trading Partners (for trade route compliance, financial management, billing, and enabling systems), Procurement Category Leaders (for commercial strategy, category benchmarks, and commercial escalations). Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on logistics procurement strategy, market trends and all logistics procurement market intelligence subscriptions and contracts. Act as Sourcing Process SME and lead cross-regional collaboration to harmonize logistics sourcing processes in line with industry best practices. Cost & Risk Management Deliver sustainable cost optimization across logistics spend. Implement risk mitigation strategies to protect supply continuity, including support of Haleon Supplier Resilience programme. Sustainability & Compliance Support Haleon's sustainability goals by integrating carbon reduction and responsible sourcing practices into logistics procurement. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sourcing standards. Global Procurement Contribute to the Global Procurement organisation goals partnering across Categories and Procurement CoE as required. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors - Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, related field or any Bachelors, combined with relevant experience. Preferred: Master's Degree (Procurement, Finance, Business or equivalent). 10+ years' experience working in corporate environment / experience working in international logistics, operational excellence, procurement, or related fields. High level of fluency in spoken and written English. Deep financial acumen. Extensive experience in program management, including change management and executive communication Experience managing the successful delivery of large transformation programmes with end-to-end service outcomes. Evidenced ability to manage and execute against multiple critical objectives such as savings and working capital. Experience with identifying and mobilising continuous improvement initiatives for a high complexity logistics network. Able to lead cross functional teams comprising operational experts with Lean Six Sigma analytical capability. Specialist logistics knowledge and practical experience; viewed as expert in field. Preferred: Supply chain operations experience. Understanding of external environment & supplier relationship models. Proven ability to effectively use negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Experience working in a matrix business environment, preferably with global teams. Networking skills and a proven ability to build productive and collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders, business partners, and external suppliers. Demonstrated high learning agility; proven ability to solve complex problems with limited oversight. Strong analytical, written and verbal communications, and influencing skills.
