Senior Manager, Engineering at Skipton International

Join our Technology leadership team and lead the transformation of our engineering landscape. Reporting to the CIO, you will oversee multi-disciplinary teams across software, infrastructure and cloud, delivering scalable, secure and resilient solutions aligned to business strategy. You'll own architecture, drive Agile/DevOps best practice, shape cloud strategy, and ensure high-quality delivery across the full technology lifecycle.

We're looking for a proven engineering leader with strong architecture experience, cloud expertise (Azure/AWS/GCP), and a track record of leading high-performing teams in complex environments. Financial services and regulatory experience is advantageous.
