As a key member of Global Clinical Trial Services team, Regeneron is now looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Health Technologies, who will lead the implementation of digital tools & technologies in clinical research studies.

Senior Manager, Digital Health Technologies

Office Based - Uxbridge

What you'll be doing:
  • Implement and coordinate digital tools and technologies (e.g., eCOA, eConsent, wearables, sensors, spirometry, ECG) in individual clinical research studies from study design to close-out.
  • Manage project timelines, translations, specifications, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for supported technologies, ensuring compliance with Regeneron SOPs and ICH/GCP.
  • Collaborate with study teams for both internally sourced studies and studies outsourced to CROs, balancing direct leadership and oversight.
  • Build and enforce standards for tools & systems, lead vendor performance, and support training and education for stakeholders.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives in global development.
  • Successfully implement digital tools and technologies across clinical trials, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Act as a patient technology expert, addressing raised issues.
  • Responsible for the selection of the digital tool and technology vendor selection, in collaboration with study team
  • Connect with stakeholders and escalate risks when vital.
  • Provide input into protocol development regarding digital tools and technologies.
  • Lead the creation of standards for digital tools and technology systems & coordinate vendor selection and performance.
  • Run project plans, risk mitigation, documentation, and financial components
  • Responsible for direct supervision of staff

What you'll bring:
  • Strong knowledge of digital health technologies, particularly eCOA systems development processes.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills, with an ability to independently balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines in complex environments.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and work collaboratively.
  • Technical proficiency in trial management systems and Microsoft Project Server.
  • Knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory guidelines/directives.
  • Project management skills, cross-functional team leadership, and organisational abilities.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have 8+ years of pharmaceutical digital health project management experience and hold a Bachelor's degree.
