Become part of our Digital Technology Finance team, partnering with key business areas to enable our broader digital transformation. As a Finance Business Partner at the LEGO Group, you will support colleagues in a strategic and analytical role. Core ResponsibilitiesFinance Business Partner for two major Digital Technology areas at the LEGO Group, acting as a challenger, gatekeeper, and sounding board on financial risks, opportunities, and digital investments, while ensuring strong financial foundations in spend optimization, planning, and governance.
Key focus areas:
Build trusted partnerships and act as a sparring partner for business leaders and their leadership teams.
Ensure our base spending is well governed, understood, and optimized, supporting business partners to identify and deliver productivity opportunities in the short and long term.
Provide decision-making support for development investments, including objective challenge to ensure all spending is necessary, optimized, and aligned with investment objectives.
Collaborate with the Digital FP&A team to understand and ensure the validity and transparency of the financial position and operational narrative of your business areas, including risks and opportunities, leveraging standard processes, reports, and tools.
In the team you will be partnering with three Executive Leadership Team members and their organizations. The team is based in London and Billund. This role is within the Digital Finance Partnering area of the business, working with the Digital Technology leadership team to ensure our digital investments are transparent, well governed, and driving strong value outcomes aligned with LEGO Group strategic priorities. We also play a key leadership role in supporting the broader digital transformation across the LEGO Group.
Do you have what it takes?A degree or equivalent experience is not mandatory, but you must demonstrate competence in financial matters and proficiency in management accounting.
Extensive experience in finance partnering and/or financial planning and analysis.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Proven analytical skills with a track record of developing recommendations from financial and data insights.
Proficiency in digital methodologies such as Agile and Total Cost of Ownership.
Familiarity with digital and technology program costs.
