Senior Manager, Customer Success - Hybrid Leadership

AQA is recruiting a Senior Manager Customer Success in Manchester to lead a large, client facing operation and shape the future of educational support across schools, colleges and learners. You will line manage around 50 permanent colleagues plus seasonal peers during peak periods, reporting to the Head of Customer Success.
