Senior Manager, Compensation & Equity Strategy

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned professional for the Partner Services Group to evaluate and evolve the MDP compensation and equity framework. You will work with senior leaders to shape incentives, ensure governance, and support the global MDP program in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with senior management, lead data-driven analyses, and help implement policy changes across PSG and the wider firm, contributing to strategic alignment and governance.
