Senior Manager Business Development Lead - Managed Services

PwC Ireland is looking for a Business Development Lead for our Managed Services team, where your capabilities are needed to support our local business development activities, leveraging our global delivery network and third party ecosystem to architect winning managed services and associated delivery chains to meet and exceed client expectations and to continue to grow our managed services business in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Directly identify and pursue Managed Services opportunities within your sector, including designing managed service solutions leveraging assets across the global network and third party ecosystem.
• Support other sector account teams to drive their business development activities around Managed Services.
• Work with service architects across the ecosystem to develop tailored services and proposals for local opportunities.
• Collaborate with the local Managed Services leadership to further develop and grow the Managed Services business across all sectors.
• Build the local PwC internal knowledge and understanding of Managed Services; develop collateral and insights to support Managed Services propositions.
• Keep up to date on latest trends in Managed Services (e.g. application of AI) and any developments within our network and ecosystem to enhance our managed service solutions and proposals.
• Coaching and mentoring of consultant colleagues looking to extend their client portfolios into Managed Services.
• Involve in contracting with clients and our delivery network and third parties.
• Develop the team with coaching and mentorship to further enhance and build our local managed services capabilities, working with local Managed Services leadership to activate, develop and grow the Managed Services market for Irish clients.

Qualifications

• Track record in identifying and winning Managed Services opportunities and then supporting engagement delivery.
• Experience in, and understanding of, Managed Services delivery models and contractual and commercial constructs.
• Experience in working with inter territory delivery ecosystem in developing tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
• Experience in advisory and implementation projects and how they both have a mutually reinforcing relationship with the building of a Managed Services business.
• Interest in trends in the broader Managed Services market and how PwC can capitalise on those within the given sector.
• Experienced people leader, with a background of inspiring and developing high performing teams across multiple locations and cultures.
• Collaborative and pro active team member with demonstrable experience of nurturing, guiding and mentoring teams involved in Managed Services.
• Effective communication, both verbal and written; strong negotiation and contracting skills with proven experience.
• Experience driving sales and operational excellence and high quality standards across Managed Services teams and processes.
