(Senior) Manager - FIS Integrity CoE

Join our growing team as a (Senior) Manager - FIS Integrity CoE , working remotely or hybrid anywhere in Europe or the UK , ideally from one of our existing office locations. In this pivotal role, you will lead the implementation and enhancement of the FIS Integrity Treasury Management System and help establish and grow our Center of Excellence (CoE) for the FIS Integrity product across the region. Build and help grow a CoE for FIS Integrity, including developing best practices, internal training, and knowledge sharing. Manage and coach a diverse team of consultants and analysts. Facilitate internal and external knowledge sessions such as workshops, boot camps, or training seminars. Solid understanding of Treasury Management Systems (TMS), along with general corporate treasury operations-payment factories, in-house banking, bank connectivity, SWIFT, etc. Kyriba, SAP, IT2, FIS Quantum) is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team. Bachelor's or Master's degree (finance, business, technology, or related field). Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
