Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with a focus on NLP & LLM's to design and deploy cutting-edge natural language processing systems powering decision-making across clinical and biomedical domains. From unstructured patient records to multimodal diagnostic data, you will help build intelligent systems that transform raw data into actionable medical insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for use in clinical and biomedical applications
• Build and maintain robust NLP pipelines that handle diverse, high-volume unstructured data sources
• Apply advanced techniques such as prompt engineering, instruction tuning, and domain adaptation to optimize model performance
• Collaborate with product, design, and medical experts to translate real-world challenges into effective AI-driven tools
• Contribute clean, maintainable code and collaborate within a team using modern ML engineering workflows

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, NLP, or a related technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience building ML/NLP solutions in production environments
• Strong experience with large language models
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML/NLP libraries such as PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar
• Experience working with medical or clinical data
