Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor - Hybrid, MoD Project

Bimplus is seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages on a major MoD project in the East Midlands. The role blends site and home-based working within a hybrid model.

You will manage valuations, variations, forecasting and final accounts, negotiate with subcontractors, and support the project team with robust commercial processes and risk management.
