Senior M&E Infrastructure Commercial Lead (QS) London

A leading construction firm is seeking a QS / Senior Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial function on major M&E projects in London. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing commercial aspects of sub-contract projects and a proven track record in delivering success on large-scale infrastructure programs. Applicants should hold a relevant degree and professional membership (MRICS / CIOB), with in-depth knowledge of NEC contracts and construction law. The role is on-site 4-5 days a week.
