Senior M&A Actuary - Global Deals & Due Diligence (Hybrid UK)

Compre Group is seeking a Senior M&A Actuary based in the UK to support our global acquisition activity. The role blends technical actuarial work with strategic deal insight, operating across multiple markets.

You will lead actuarial due diligence across acquisitions, assessing reserving, capital, pricing and deal structure, while coordinating with underwriting, finance and risk teams. Hybrid London/Bermuda with global exposure.
