Senior Lifecycle CRM Lead - Growth & Retention (Remote)

M-K-O-P-A is a leading fintech company in Africa and is expanding its Product Growth team with a Senior CRM Manager role. You will design and scale lifecycle programs to retain customers and increase CLV across multiple markets, leveraging data from millions of users.
