Senior Licensing Officer (Hybrid) - Lead Policy & Enforcement

Norwich City Council is seeking a Senior Licensing Officer to lead licensing and registration services, manage a small team, and influence policy. This is a hands on role that combines technical expertise, people management and enforcement in a hybrid, flexible working environment.

You will prepare reports, present to Licensing Committees, support court proceedings and build strong relationships with partners to promote safer, vibrant communities.
