  • Request, paginate, index, and manage complex medical records and sensitive case files

  • Handle client onboarding, conflict checks, and file opening/closing processes

  • Answer calls, manage client enquiries empathetically, and handle incoming/outgoing correspondence

  • Maintain accurate, compliant physical and electronic legal filing systems

  • Handle confidential, sensitive medical and legal information with complete discretion

  • Mentor junior administrative staff and assist with ad hoc legal projects as required

  • Superior time-management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and digital dictation

  • Excellent discretion when handling confidential legal and medical matters

  • Strong ability to work independently, use initiative, and collaborate within a team

Qualifications & Experience

  • Substantial experience working in a professional legal environment, specifically within clinical law
