This role is designed for highly experienced senior legal leaders who want to transition their expertise into impactful 1:1 coaching for executives and professionals across fast paced, technology driven environments. You will leverage your deep experience as a General Counsel or senior legal executive to support individuals in strengthening leadership capability, improving communication, and navigating complex workplace challenges. The position blends executive legal experience with structured coaching methodology to create meaningful personal and professional development outcomes. Operating in a remote, flexible setup, you will work with members seeking guidance on leadership growth and career fulfillment. You will also contribute to a broader coaching community focused on continuous learning and impact. This is a unique opportunity to extend your leadership legacy by shaping the next generation of legal and business leaders.

Accountabilities:
  • Deliver 1:1 virtual coaching sessions to members, supporting leadership development, goal setting, communication, and workplace effectiveness
  • Apply structured coaching methodologies to help clients navigate career challenges and build fulfilling professional paths
  • Engage in continuous coach development through training sessions and skill enhancement programs
  • Maintain ongoing communication with members between sessions via platform messaging to support progress and accountability
  • Contribute to a collaborative coaching community by sharing insights, tools, and best practices
  • Uphold a high standard of empathy, professionalism, and psychological safety in all coaching interactions
  • Act as a representative of the coaching community's values, supporting its mission of empowering professional growth
Requirements:
  • 20+ years of experience as a General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, or senior legal executive in technology or tech adjacent environments
  • Proven leadership experience managing legal teams in complex, fast paced organizations
  • Prior experience mentoring, coaching, or developing professionals (formal coaching certification is a plus but not required)
  • Strong emotional intelligence, self awareness, and ability to build trust based relationships
  • Passion for helping others grow professionally and achieve career fulfillment
  • Comfort operating in dynamic, evolving startup or scale up environments
  • Ability to commit a minimum of 3-5 hours per week and engage in long term coaching relationships (24+ months)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to guide, listen, and support in a virtual coaching environment
  • Openness to structured coach training and continuous personal development
