Senior Legal Counsel, Europe - Life Sciences

Cytokinetics (Ireland) Limited in Dublin requests a Senior Legal Counsel, Europe to provide legal support across European affiliates, focusing on drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and data protection terms.

You will partner with leaders across Commercial, Medical Affairs and Market Access, advise on EU competition law and privacy matters, and help develop EU contract templates and playbooks. Fluency in English is required.
