Senior Legal Counsel - AI-Driven SaaS & FinTech (14mo)

Codat is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for a 14-month fixed-term contract to lead technology contract negotiations and build AI-enabled legal infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating SaaS agreements, advising on product features, and managing day-to-day legal queries. This hands-on role requires a qualified solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE and experience in a sales-led environment.
