Senior Legal Counsel - 6 - 10 + PQE - East Midlands (Hybrid)

Our client is a leading UK services business which is growing at pace and looking to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel in a broad, commercially focused, and highly varied role.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, commercially focused legal advice across various business divisions.
• Lead on a broad range of commercial contracts, including customer and supplier agreements.
• Advise on regulatory and compliance matters.
• Manage disputes and oversee external counsel.
• Contribute to strategic, operational, and cross functional projects across the business.

Requirements

This role requires a strong commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate confidently in a fast paced environment. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business and act as a trusted advisor, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives.

Suitable candidates are qualified lawyers with approximately 6 10+ years PQE gained in a strong law firm and/or in house environment.
