England & Wales Remote / Hybrid / Office-Based Full or Part-Time

The Role

You'll manage a caseload focused exclusively on lease extensions, enfranchisement, and Right to Manage matters. All disputes are handled by an in-house specialist litigation team, allowing you to focus on technical, advisory, and transactional work. In addition to fee earning, this role includes supervisory and mentoring responsibilities for junior team members.

The Ideal Candidate

• A minimum of 3 years' solid experience handling lease extensions, enfranchisement and RTM matters
• Deep, hands-on expertise in leasehold work
• A genuine commitment to specialising in leasehold enfranchisement long term
• Proven experience supervising, mentoring and training junior staff
• A desire to continue developing your technical expertise in this niche area
• The confidence to work in a fast-paced, high-volume specialist environment
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• A strong billing track record
• The ability to delegate effectively
• A collaborative, team-focused approach with strong people skills
• Good organisational ability and excellent IT competence

Working Pattern & Flexibility

• Full-time preferred, though part-time candidates will be considered
• Fully remote, hybrid or office-based working available
• Offices are based in Wiltshire
