The vacancy is for a Senior Learning & Development Officer within the Human Resources Team, part of the Resources & Governance Directorate. Join a busy, vibrant, multi faceted team with strong working relationships across the Trust.
ResponsibilitiesYou will deliver leadership and management development at all levels of the Trust, organise team events, reinforce our coaching culture, and support coaching and mentoring. The role also involves identifying training needs, proposing effective initiatives, and supporting the on boarding of new employees or the integration of multifaceted teams. You should be available to join on reasonably short notice and have recent experience of designing and hosting workshops and working in a flexible and adaptable way.
Qualifications and Experience- Experience developing and delivering middle/senior management development workshops
- Ability to think on your feet
- Engaging presentation style, with demonstrable connection to the audience
- Ability to interpret feedback to improve existing materials and identify new opportunities for portfolio growth
- Minimum Level 5 qualification in Learning & Development or an associated subject, as per the person specification
Background in children's social care is not essential.

Salary - Grade G £42,839 - £48,226 pro rata per annum, plus excellent benefits
