Job Description
Job Title: Senior Landscape Architect
Location: Manchester
Salary: £45,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
Experience: Around 5 years post-qualification
We are a forward-thinking design practice based in Manchester, delivering innovative landscape solutions across public, residential, and commercial projects. Our team is passionate about creating sustainable, inclusive, and engaging outdoor spaces that enhance communities and the environment.
Responsibilities- Lead landscape design projects, producing high-quality concept, developed, and detailed design proposals.
- Prepare and present drawings, 3D visualisations, and reports for clients, planning submissions, and contractors.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing design advice and technical support.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of landscape and architectural design.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practice, and sustainability standards.
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience as a Landscape Architect.
- Proven experience delivering projects across public, residential, or commercial sectors.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Revit and GIS software is a plus.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical capability, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Passion for sustainability and innovative landscape solutions.
