Senior Land & Property Lead - Regeneration & Growth (Hybrid)

Leeds City Council in Leeds city centre is seeking a Senior Land and Property Officer to lead complex property projects across multiple portfolios. You will supervise staff and work with senior officers to deliver value for money and regeneration objectives.

The role requires MRICS status, strong negotiation skills, and a collaborative approach with residents, businesses, councillors and partner organisations. Hybrid working is available, with three office days per week.
