Senior Kinship Support Worker - Hybrid, Impactful Child Welfare

Wiltshire Council is seeking a Senior Kinship Support Worker to join our kinship and fostering service. The role involves supervising high-need cases, leading assessments and family support plans, and working with schools and partner agencies to secure safe, stable outcomes for children.

You will provide guidance to Kinship Support Workers, monitor performance and quality, safeguard children, and communicate effectively.
