Aviva is seeking a Lead Java Developer on a 24-month fixed-term contract to provide technical leadership across our Life Platforms estate. You will shape the technical direction of a complex application landscape and drive high engineering standards across multiple teams and platforms.

Working with senior engineers, architects and business stakeholders, you will guide architectural decisions, ensure secure, scalable solutions and champion modern development practices and AI-assisted tooling.
