Job Description
Key Responsibilities 
- Design and implement hybrid infrastructure solutions across on-premises, Azure, and AWS environments
- Lead cloud migration projects
- Serve as Tier 3 escalation for complex technical incidents
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across IT and business teams
- Support ISO 27001 compliance and security governance initiatives
- Oversee virtualization platforms, identity management, and disaster recovery systems
- 7+ years in systems engineering or infrastructure operations
- Strong Windows/Linux server administration expertise
- Deep experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization
- Hands-on Azure or AWS cloud platform experience
- Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, firewalls)
- Experience with ITSM tools (JIRA, ManageEngine, Zendesk)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
