In IT Operations & Applications, you will join a team of10 talented and welcoming colleagues.

You will play a key role in offering high-quality end-user assistance by addressing and fixing intricate hardware, software, network, and infrastructure challenges - both onsite and online. Your special-ized knowledge will ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure, high availability, performance, and security of all network and infrastructure components, contributing to business conti-nuity, efficiency, scalability and user satisfaction.

You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices across the organization. You'll play a critical role in both onsite and remote monitor-ing of system, infrastructure and network performance, consistently tracking and addressing poten-tial issues to ensure optimal uptime and reliability, while also ensuring compliance with internal IT poli-cies and broader industry standards.

Your responsibilities will extend to administering the Office 365 environment, including handling mailbox configurations, license allocations, and user support. You'll also manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within Active Directory and other systems, ensuring seamless access and security. In addi-tion to your technical duties, you'll be tasked with documenting procedures, troubleshooting steps, and best practices, as well as maintaining up-to-date network configuration records and operational docu-mentation to support scalability and continuity.

You will be collaborating with vendors and external support providers on activities such as hardware pro-curement, implementing and maintaining network and infrastructure solutions and security protocols, planning upgrades and migrations and managing IT projects.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration with 4+ years of experience in network and infrastructure management and monitoring with extensive knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewall technologies
  • Advanced understanding of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure services, Active directory, Virtual Machines and networking protocols. Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
  • Experience with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and IT asset management
  • Quality problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Knack for automating repetitive tasks for better quality control
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and projects while coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ / Security+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Ad-ministrator, CCNA / CCNP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar would be preferred
