What's the Role?

As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for supporting and enhancing hosted and cloud based environments, with a particular focus on Azure networking and virtual infrastructure. You'll troubleshoot complex technical issues, support customers both remotely and on site, and take ownership of system improvements and deployments.

This is a varied role that blends senior level support, customer engagement, and technical leadership.

This is a full time, permanent hybrid position, based in Bracknell, with three days in the office and two days working from home.

What's Required?

• Significant experience in a senior IT support or support engineering role
• Strong knowledge of Azure environments, virtual infrastructure, and networking concepts
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS systems, cloud platforms, and remote users
• The ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and a team focused, proactive approach
