SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER AI STARTUP

Your Mission

We are looking for a highly organized and tech savvy Senior IT Project & Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex software and integration projects across our enterprise client base.

You will coordinate internal and external resources, track milestones, resolve cross-functional issues, and ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with client objectives. You will also be involved in designing data workflows, supporting API implementations, managing cross-functional execution, and being the go-to expert for technical project delivery.

You will serve as the main point of contact for project governance, working hand-in-hand with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Professional Services to ensure successful deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle of enterprise projects, from scoping to go-live.
• Design and review client-specific integration architectures and data workflows.
• Coordinate efforts across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Serve as the main technical point of contact for clients during implementation.
• Monitor project risks and issues, and ensure timely resolution to keep projects on track.
• Draft and maintain detailed technical documentation and delivery roadmaps.
• Lead kickoff meetings, run technical workshops, and guide client onboarding.
• Continuously improve internal playbooks, documentation, and project templates.

About You - Must Have

• 5+ years of experience in IT project/program management, preferably in SaaS or HRTech environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex B2B software deployments from A to Z.
• Proficiency with tools like Postman, GitHub, JIRA, Notion, etc.
• Fluent in both French and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a structured and analytical mindset.
• Capable of switching between high-level project oversight and deep technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage client expectations and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience working with AI, machine learning, or workflow automation solutions.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up.
• Background in software engineering, DevOps, or technical consulting.
