Job Description

Senior IP Network & Security Design & Implementation Engineer

Location: Dublin
On-site: 2 days per week (mandatory)

Overview

Senior engineer required to deliver network and security design and implementation for a Dublin-based customer engagement. Candidates must be Ireland-based.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create HLDs, LLDs, and migration documentation
  • Design and implement LAN, WAN, data centre, WLAN, and security solutions
  • Deliver routing, switching, Firewall, and F5 implementations
  • Lead deployment and handover phases

Required Skills

  • Cisco: Catalyst, Nexus, ACI, ISR/ASR; BGP, OSPF, VRFs, VXLAN, HA
  • Fortinet: FortiGate design & deployment, VPNs, IPS, NAT
  • Wireless: Cisco 9800 WLCs, RF surveys, 802.1X
  • F5: BIG-IP LTM/GTM/ASM, SSL offload, iRules

Additional

  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
  • Automation experience advantageous
  • Telecoms background beneficial
