  • Design, develop and maintain interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) and other approved eLearning authoring and multimedia development tools.
  • Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to conduct learning needs analyses, identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Translate complex, technical or specialised content into engaging, learner centred digital learning experiences that support knowledge transfer and performance improvement.
  • Lead the end to end eLearning development lifecycle, including analysis, storyboarding, content development, review cycles, quality assurance, publication and ongoing maintenance.
  • Ensure learning solutions are engaging, accessible, visually effective and aligned with organisational learning standards, user experience (UX) principles and brand guidelines.
  • Develop complementary learning resources including learner guides, job aids, assessments, infographics and performance support materials, to support learning transfer and application.
  • Apply best practices in digital learning, UX, accessibility and visual design to enhance learner engagement and overall learning effectiveness.
  • Establish, maintain and promote instructional design standards, development processes and quality assurance practices across learning initiatives.
  • Provide guidance, coaching and support to SMEs, stakeholders and less experienced learning professionals on instructional design principles and digital learning best practices.
  • Upload, administer, maintain and monitor digital learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring an effective learner experience.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions through learner feedback, assessment results and available data, making recommendations to improve learning outcomes and business impact.
  • Review and continuously improve existing eLearning courses and digital learning assets to ensure content remains accurate, relevant and aligned with changing business needs.
  • Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and ensuring delivery of high quality solutions within agreed timelines.
  • Stay current with emerging instructional design trends, learning technologies and digital learning best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor on learning design and digital learning solutions.
  • Act in accordance with legal, regulatory, compliance and internal risk management requirements, including adherence to all applicable policies and procedures.
