Job DescriptionDo you have experience in Healthcare and Inquests Law? Have you had experience conducting advocacy?
If so, this firm is looking to hire somebody with your background into their Birmingham team (other office locations could be considered). The firm has a very flexible approach meaning you could spend a lot of your time working from home. Office presence tends to be around 1-2 times per week (hearings dependent of course).
The team act on the defendant side of things- advising public bodies in relation to a range of healthcare litigation matters. The team regularly act on Inquests matter and conduct their own advocacy. The team also advice on Mental Health and Capacity / Court of Protection matters.
If you are looking to work as part of a leading team with a busy pipeline of work then this could be a great move for you. The team are very flexible with hybrid working.
It's likely that this hire would be at Associate or Senior Associate level depending on experience.
The Successful ApplicantThe firm are open on background and PQE but they are looking for somebody with a strong grounding in Inquests and Healthcare work.
