Role Description

The main responsibility of the Senior IT Project Manager will be to manage several business-IT projects in the field of document management, including electronic signatures, as well as to implement test management, in accordance with standards, for several strategic projects.

These activities involve various technologies such as SAP ECC, SAP ISU, Geode, Windev, M365 tools such as SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Automate, SAG, etc.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing project files, decisions, risks, contracts, schedules, and outstanding actions.
• Defining and maintaining the scope, PBS/WBS, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, assumptions, risks, and issues.
• Organising SteerCos, preparing decisions and maintaining reliable PSR reporting.
• Managing suppliers, commitments, SLAs, deliverables, and escalations.
• Contributing to specifications/statements of work and bid analyses together with Procurement, Vendor Management, and technical experts.
• Organising pilots, testing, UAT, acceptance criteria, reconciliation, cutover/rollback and production go-live validation.
• Managing change management, communication, and coordination of affected users.
• Preparing documentation, knowledge transfer, and the Move2Run transition to operational teams.
• Ensuring alignment with GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2 and applicable security policies.
• Supporting the harmonisation of project management practices.
