About the Role
We're hiring a 3rd/4th Line Engineer to join a growing Service Delivery team, supporting both BAU operations and infrastructure transformation projects.
You'll play a key role in designing, delivering, and supporting modern cloud and on-prem infrastructure while driving security, resilience, and continual improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure projects and provide 3rd line support
- Support and optimise cloud, server, storage, and network infrastructure
- Deliver security, backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring improvements
- Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects
- Produce high-quality technical documentation
Required Experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
- Windows Server, Active Directory & Group Policy
- VMware, HPE Servers & Storage
- Networking (Firewalls, Routing, Switching, Wi-Fi & SD-WAN)
- Veeam, Zerto & Disaster Recovery
- Exchange Online, SharePoint Online & Entra ID
- Intune & Autopilot
- Infrastructure security, monitoring, and 3rd line support
Nice to Have
- Aruba Networking & Aruba Central
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), RDS or FSLogix
- Dynamics 365 & Power Platform infrastructure
- Cyber Essentials or security remediation experience
- Microsoft or infrastructure certifications
