Senior Infrastructure Design Engineer - MUST have SC Clearance

My public sector client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Design Engineer to join their team based in Manchester.

The core purpose of the role is to provide management and support in the implementation of key technologies for their Desktop and Digital Signage teams. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, resilient services and building a user experience control centre focused on performance.

Candidates MUST have the following skills/experience to be considered for the role:

• Significant experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), particularly Intune and Google Workspace.
• Low level design documentation experience
• Experience of working with Governance and Controls
• Engineering design experience
• Proven hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and owning the technical capability of MDM solutions from start to finish.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in the MDM space.
• Understanding of performance benchmarking, fault detection, and fault resolution.
• Significant experience with SaaS service monitoring tools and controls for ensuring performance and reliability.
• Substantial knowledge of cloud-based technologies and services, particularly hybrid cloud environments.
• SC Clearance
