The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Client Services professional looking for a role where you can take greater ownership of your work and have more influence within a team?
Perhaps you're already operating at a senior level, or you're ready for the next step where you can take responsibility for workflow, support newer team members and become a key point of contact for the wider team?
This could be an excellent opportunity to join a Chartered and award-winning financial planning business where development is genuinely encouraged.
You'll join an established 9-person Client Service Team supporting Advisers and Paraplanners, with the opportunity to take on additional responsibility across workflow management, team support and the development of new recruits.
The Company
With just over 100 employees, this is an established and growing financial planning business with an excellent reputation for developing and retaining its people.
The culture is a big part of what makes the business stand out. It's a social, collaborative environment where people genuinely enjoy working together, with regular team and company-wide social events.
We've placed several people into the business ourselves, and one of the things that really stands out is the staff retention.
The Team & Role

- Reviewing and correcting client cash accounts
- Drafting servicing letters and other client correspondence
- Supporting Advisers and Paraplanners with a range of client service requirements
- Maintaining and keeping relevant systems and client records up to date
- Managing tasks through to completion and ensuring deadlines are met
- Identifying and resolving issues where appropriate
- Working collaboratively with Advisers, Paraplanners and the wider business
As a Senior Client Services Associate, you'll also have the opportunity to take on additional responsibility, which could include:
- Supporting the management and allocation of team workflow
- Acting as a supportive point of contact for new recruits
- Helping colleagues develop their knowledge and confidence
- Providing guidance and support to the wider Client Service Team
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
It's a role that would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on with their own work but also gets satisfaction from helping others and keeping a team running effectively.
Progression & Development
Development is a real focus within the business, and this role offers the opportunity to grow your responsibilities alongside your technical and professional development.
You'll be encouraged to build on your existing knowledge, take ownership of areas of responsibility and develop the skills needed to progress within the wider business.
