Senior ICT Infrastructure & Cloud Support Analyst

AirNav Ireland seeks an ICT Analyst to provide frontline and Level 1/2 technical support, manage on premises and cloud services, and contribute to governance, security and ICT projects. The role covers Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, endpoint management and incident resolution across AirNav Ireland locations and remote workers.

The successful candidate will administer ICT infrastructure, support end users, and collaborate with suppliers while upholding service targets and security controls.
