Senior IBM Integration Designer (IID) Developer:

For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Senior IBM Integration Designer (IID) Developer for a long contract based in Rijswijk, NL

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions using IBM IID and IBM BPM/BAW
• Implement Business Process Definitions (BPDs), Human Services, Coaches, Decision Services, and Business Rules
• Build and manage system integrations using SOAP/REST, IBM MQ, JDBC, and other adapters
• Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, product owners, DevOps, and QA teams
• Translate functional and business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs
• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive best practices
• Perform performance tuning, debugging, and issue resolution across multiple environments (Dev/Test/Prod)
• Mentor junior developers and ensure development team alignment with architecture goals
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and estimation sessions

Essential Skills:

• Hands-on experience with IBM Integration Designer (IID)
• Expertise in IBM BPM/BAW - BPDs, Human Services, Coaches, and Decision Services
• Experience with IBM WebSphere Process Server and Application Server
• Deep understanding of SOA and EAI architecture and service-driven design
• Strong programming skills in Java/J2EE, XML, XSLT, XPath, and SQL
• Proficient in developing and consuming SOAP and RESTful services
• Experience with IBM MQ and system integration adapters
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git, SVN) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, UrbanCode, Maven)
• Full lifecycle Agile/Scrum experience
