Senior IAM Consultant

Mission

To support a fast-scaling consultancy in delivering secure, future-proof digital identity solutions across the Benelux. As an Entra Specialist, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing Entra-based solutions, transferring knowledge to clients, and ensuring the long-term success of each identity initiative.

Key Outcomes

• Design and implement Microsoft Entra solutions (including Entra ID) that meet client needs and align with best practices
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements, shape technical designs, and guide deployment
• Transfer knowledge to internal and client teams, enabling them to manage and evolve the solution independently
• Support optimisation efforts, helping clients improve existing Entra implementations through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Entra with non-Microsoft IAM solutions, where needed
• Build trusted relationships with clients, helping ensure long-term partnership and satisfaction

Core Competencies

• 3-5+ years' experience delivering Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) solutions in mid-to-large environments
• Strong understanding of IAM principles (RBAC, conditional access, identity lifecycle, etc.)
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles, ideally across multiple projects
• Skilled in knowledge transfer, client enablement, and post-go-live support
• Excellent communication skills - Dutch fluency is highly preferred, English is essential
• Comfortable working independently and flexibly in a hybrid setup across the Netherlands
• Bonus: Experience integrating Microsoft Entra with non-Microsoft IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Ping, ForgeRock)
