Senior HRBP, EMEA - Strategic Partner & Coach (Hybrid)

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for EMEA who will own our HRBP playbook, partnering with UK, Ireland, France, Germany and the broader region to align teams with business goals and foster a high-performance culture.

You will coach leaders, navigate employment law across multiple jurisdictions, engage with works councils where applicable, and drive talent management, learning, DEI initiatives, and people analytics to shape strategy.
