Job Description
Senior HR Business Partner (FTC - 3 Months)

Travel: UK-wide (primarily South of England)
Contract: Fixed-Term (3 months)

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join this national business on a 3-month fixed-term contract, supporting a critical period of organisational change and leadership alignment. This is a high-impact role partnering closely with Executive and Managing Director populations, requiring strong commercial acumen, credibility, and resilience.

You'll operate as a trusted advisor, leading on complex employee relations matters while helping shape and deliver people strategy across a geographically dispersed workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, including MDs and Exec-level stakeholders
  • Lead and manage complex, high-volume employee relations (ER) cases end-to-end
  • Provide expert guidance on UK employment law, risk mitigation, and best practice
  • Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures and transformation activity
  • Influence and coach senior stakeholders to drive effective leadership and decision-making
  • Use data and insight to inform people strategy and improve organisational performance
  • Travel across the UK as required (primarily South-based sites)
About You
  • Proven experience operating as a Senior HRBP within a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Strong background in heavy ER case management (essential)
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with Exec/MD-level stakeholders
  • Commercially minded with the ability to balance risk and business outcomes
  • Confident, credible, and able to challenge constructively at senior levels
  • Flexible and willing to travel regularly across the UK
  • Available to start at short notice / immediately preferred
