Senior HRBP - US & Canada, Strategic People Partner

Behavox Ltd. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with US and Canada leaders, delivering people strategies for growth and performance. This hybrid role requires strong advisory skills, workforce planning, employee relations, and program delivery across the client group.

Reporting to the Principal HRBP, you will work under coaching initially while building full ownership, and you will support workforce design, analytics, and cross-jurisdictional HR initiatives as the footprint grows.
