Senior HR Policy Lead: Shape Workplace Change

Whitbread PLC is seeking an experienced HR Policy Manager to own and drive policy across the organisation. The role sits in a fast-moving People function with hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and focuses on policy development, interpretation, and delivery at scale.

You will partner with the Senior Leadership Team and Chief People Officer to shape policy in response to regulatory changes and evolving business needs across the UK & Ireland.
