Senior HR Pay & Reward Operations Lead - Hybrid, London

Ashdown Group is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager - Pay & Reward to join a London-based financial services business on a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office). You will own pay, reward and payroll processes, collaborating with our third-party payroll provider to ensure accurate delivery and a continuously improving payroll operation.

The role requires strong HR operations experience, knowledge of pay reviews and reward cycles, and the ability to optimise Sage payroll and HR systems
