Quest Software is seeking a Global HR Operations Senior Specialist to play a key role in delivering and evolving our global HR Operations model, with a primary anchor in our growing Cork location. While this role is based in Ireland, it is fundamentally global in scope and mindset. We are looking for someone who operates beyond regional boundaries, bringing a unified, enterprise-wide approach to HR Operations.

This is a highly collaborative, hands on role where you will partner closely with HR Business Partners, global HR Operations colleagues, and cross functional stakeholders across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ. You will help drive consistency, scalability, and operational excellence across regions, ensuring that processes and employee experiences are aligned globally.

Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Global Service Delivery

  • Provide HR Operations support for our employee population while contributing to global HR Operations processes and standards
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality support throughout the employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding, system changes, global mobility, immigration, leaves of absence, and compliance aligned with global best practices
  • Serve as a key point of contact for complex employee and manager inquiries, ensuring thoughtful and consistent resolution
  • Contribute to a "one HR Operations team" mindset by supporting globally aligned approaches over region specific solutions

Process & Systems Optimization

  • Partner with HRIS, Payroll, and IT teams globally to support data integrity and effective system workflows
  • Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to standardization and automation efforts that scale across regions
  • Support audits, reporting, and compliance activities with a global perspective

Cross Functional & Global Collaboration

  • Partner closely with our HR Business Partner team and collaborate with HR Operations colleagues globally
  • Work regularly with teams across the U.S., UK, and APJ to support shared priorities and ensure alignment
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Payroll to support accurate and compliant employee administration

Global Alignment & Scaling

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of global HR Operations standards and best practices
  • Support global initiatives and projects as the organization continues to scale
  • Help identify and move away from siloed ways of working, promoting more integrated and consistent solutions
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services
  • Experienceoperatingas an individual contributor within a global HR function, with strong cross regional collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and work effectively across distributed teams
  • Strong operational and process oriented mindset with attention to detail and consistency
  • Experience working across EMEA, U.S., and/or APJ regions preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
