Senior HR Operations Program Manager - People Services

Location: Dublin, Ireland - Hybrid, 3 days onsite
Contract: 11-month contract, with potential extension
Salary: €120,000 pa

We're hiring a Senior Operations Program Manager to join the International People Service Delivery team of a leading global technology organisation.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and optimise end-to-end People/HR service delivery operations


• Drive operational improvements across workflows, policies and processes


• Lead complex programmes and change initiatives across international teams


• Use data, reporting and service metrics to identify trends and improve performance


• Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Legal and Technology teams


• Manage complex escalations and identify sustainable solutions


• Support the rollout and continuous improvement of employee programmes across EMEA


• Present insights, recommendations and programme updates to senior stakeholders

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years' experience across programme management, operations, service delivery, HR operations or a related area


• Strong track record of leading complex operational programmes within a large multinational environment


• Excellent understanding of service management and service delivery models


• Strong analytical skills with experience making decisions using data and reporting


• Experience within global technology or banking/compliance environments would be particularly relevant


• EMEA People Service Delivery / HR Operations experience is highly advantageous

This would particularly suit someone from a People Operations, HR Service Delivery, Employee Experience, HR Transformation or Operations Programme Management background who enjoys taking ownership of complex problems and improving how services operate at scale.
