Senior HR Operations Lead Employee Relations Expert

The King's School in Canterbury is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR Operations team and deliver a proactive HR service to more than 1,000 employees across the School.

Reporting to the Director of HR, you will guide a team of HR professionals as a trusted partner to senior leaders. This hands on role covers operational HR delivery, employee relations, policy development, and continuous service improvement.
